01 June V. Pray, 86, Gainesville, Fla. GAINESVILLE, Fla. June V. Pray, 86, of Gainesville died at E.T.

York Hospice Care Center on Thursday, March 10, 2005. She was born Aug. 20, 1918, in Shamokin Dam, one of four children born to the late Paul W. and Fay E. (Wilhour) Schnee.

She was a graduate of Sunbury High School, Sunbury, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Hygiene. Mrs. Pray was employed as a dental hygienist in Wilmington, Reading, and Sunbury and at the Selinsgrove State School. She instructed students in dental hygiene at area schools as well as in Florida at the Palm Beach Community College. She also worked in research at the Entomological Research Center, Vero Beach.

Mrs. Pray was affiliated with Zion Lutheran Church, Sunbury. In her retirement, she volunteered for Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed games and was an avid reader. Surviving are two daughters, Wendy L.

Bice of Gainesville and Randeen J. Trimble of Williamsburg, three grandchildren, Brian and Dustin Trimble and Megan McPhail; and two sisters, Catherine E. Rozyckie of Shamokin Dam and Nancy J. Dailey of North- umberland, Pa. She was preceded in death by one brother, Paul W.

Schnee Jr. A memorial gathering will be held at a later date, as will burial in Orchard Hills Cemetery, Shamokin Dam. DaveyJo was born June 11, 1997, in Sunbury, a daughter of David Holtzapple of Sunbury and Debbie Rowe of Mocksville. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are two sisters, Patience and Madison; one brother, Gregory; her grandparents, Ronald and Debra Snyder of Mocksville; two aunts, Diane and Donna, both of Mocksville; one uncle, Ronald, of Mocksville; grandparents, Earl and Patricia Holtzapple of Sunbury; great-grandparents, Kenneth and Barbara Meeker of Sunbury; her greatgreat-grandmother, Helen Murin of Sunbury; a greataunt, Shirley Snyder of Sunbury; aunts and uncles, Barbara Diehl.

She was born June 24, 1931, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Clark and Miriam (Baker) Edinger. On Aug. 10, 1957, she married Galen L. Aikey with whom she celebrated 37 years of marriage before his death on March 1, 1995. Elizabeth was a 1949 graduate of Milton High School and graduated from Pierce School of Business in Philadelphia.

She retired from New Quaker 2 Industries, Lewisburg, and had previously been employed by the Milton Shoe Factory for many years. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Galen L. Jr. and Donna Aikey of Milton; five daughters and one sonin-law, Virginia Bieber of Watsontown, Anna and Robert Herrick of RR1 Hartleton, Sandy Aikey of New Columbia, Dora Trautwein of Trout Run and Holly Aikey of Watsontown; one stepdaughter and her husband, Linda and Robert Criswell of RR1 Mifflinburg; eight grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; six greatgrandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Judy Edinger of New Columbia; one sister, Geraldine Byers of Danville; and one sister-in-law, Shirley Sean Edinger. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Maurice "Bud" and Clarkie Edinger; and one sister, Beatrice Neitz.

Mrs. Snyder was employed as a press operator by the West Montgomery, before retiring in 2001. Margaret was an avid NASCAR racing fan and a New York Yankees baseball fan. She enjoyed reading, gardening and sharing with her family at Christmas. She especially enjoyed her dogs.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are four brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Gloria Wertz of Sunbury, Dale and Barb Wertz of South Williamsport, Samuel and Ruth Wertz of Allenwood and Timothy and Cathy Wertz of Hughesville: nieces; and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, James Wertz, and one sister, Laura Wertz. Visitors may call from 6 to 8 tonight at the Galen R. Betzer Funeral Service, 108 N. Main Muncy.
