“Being able to have the eyes and have the resources to assist the officers that are arriving on the scene and giving them the most complete information not only keeps our officers safe but also keeps our citizens safe that are there in and around the scene."The Athens-Clarke County Police are enhancing their public safety capabilities with the addition of their RTCC.

“The prerequisite to prosperity is public safety,” – Eric Adams, Mayor of New YorkCityMayor Adams along with Police Commissioner Edward Caban and other city officials announced that New YorkCity would be expanding the use of Fusus by Axon technology following a successful proof-of-concept, that will help them crack down on retail theft, allowing local businesses to grow and improving citizens’ quality of life. The expanded pilot follows a successful proof-of-concept launched last summer in the 109th Precinct during which NYPD was able to close a citywide burglary pattern with 15 incidents tied to two individuals allegedly involved in a national retail theft operation. Police also arrested an alleged shoplifter on burglary charges for stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from an eyeglass store. The programwill enable local businessesto voluntarilyintegrate their security camera feeds with the New YorkCityPolice Department at no cost to each business. This not only encourages greater relationships between the community and NYPD, but also creates more efficiency, allowing the police department to expand their security reach at far less expense to the city.https://lnkd.in/evn6NEMq

On April 30th, 2024 the Winston-Salem Police Department received information about multiple related stabbings at different locations. Their RTCC staff used their technology to quickly identify and track the suspects' vehicle and apprehended two suspects. Because of the quick work by the RTCC staff and the technology used, the suspects were taken into custody before anyone else could be hurt. https://lnkd.in/eGMbCHG5
