𝗖𝗢-𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗦𝗪 𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦We proudly present our collaboration with PSW Werk, in which Lei Kurvers plays a key role.The collaboration began in 2022 when Lei Kurvers, while driving in the industrial area of Echt, discovered ENBI. He was looking for a production company to partner with in offering one- and two-sided jobs for people facing labor market disadvantages. A conversation with Erwin Buijs (ENBI) sealed the deal.The strength of this collaboration lies in Lei's coaching, which supports individual growth through continuous guidance and mentoring on candidates' work ethic and skills.Additionally, ENBI team member Linda H. completed the 'Harrie course’ (https://lnkd.in/dcSJ3Ti). In her role as 'Harrie,' she holds a key position bridging PSW candidates and ENBI colleagues, facilitating a smooth transition for candidates and serving as a substitute for Lei when he's absent.Main challenges include meeting production expectations and maintaining high standards of work. 𝗖𝗢-𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 Summox Dental B.V. 𝗔𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦Summox One System is the first and only all-in-one device that allows dental care practices to secure the complete process of cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing all dental instruments in one machine.Besides process validation, documentation, information, and traceability being guaranteed by Summox's in-house developed software, the Summox Smart Container is essential for an optimal workflow in dental care practices.The container must be designed to withstand high temperatures to enable sterilization and have the right design to create a vacuuming. Based on these unique applications, the material choice was limited to medical grade, specifically compounded, plastics. The choice of material makes the injection molding process even more delicate and precise.Several challenges emerged during the development process. To address these challenges efficiently without having to compromise on product technical aspects, ENBI worked closely with the mold manufacturer. ENBI's engineers took up this challenge and started co-engineering together with the Summox engineers. Part of the solution involved adding a post-processing step to prevent warpage after injection molding. The automation for this post-process was completely engineered and build in house. For a precisely timed period, a specific amount of pressure is applied until the entire container is cured.Thank you, Summox, for the great collaboration. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝘀 Jos, maintenance technician, is our silent force behind the scenes ensuring that all injection molds are in top condition. Injection molds form the backbone of our production process. Without proper care small defects can lead to unexpected delays, and increased costs. Maintenance is just one aspect of Jos's work; the reality is much more complex. Let's have Jos tell us about his tasks: "Molds sometimes need to be reconfigured so that different versions of a product can be made. New molds that we receive regularly need to be made ‘plug and play’ so they can be used on the injection molding machines. Molds with hotrunner systems can wear out, become defective and require special attention during (dis)assembly. If mold changes need to be made to improve the products, it will be my job to do in our workplace." Keeping all molds running smoothly requires a lot of effort. 𝗖𝗢-𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗟’𝗦 𝗔𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡Let us introduce our colleague, Michel Jongen. Michel has been a part of our ENBI team for approximately 21 years. About 12.5 years ago, he was away for about a year, but we are glad that he has returned to ENBI.Now, let's hear from Michel himself:"My role within ENBI is Warehouse & Materials, which involves a variety of tasks, from booking materials to distributing products, providing materials for production, and handling associated administrative tasks.What I enjoy about this role is that I am in contact with every department within ENBI. Currently, construction is underway 'outside my door,' ensuring that loading and unloading can be done with the necessary adjustments, and I enjoy contributing to this process.The diverse tasks and changes (automation, new ERP system) make my work challenging, and I can channel my enthusiasm well.My ambition is to stay with ENBI until my retirement."We are pleased to have a colleague like Michel and look forward to keep achieving ambitions together!
