Went there on a sunday for a pedi for my daughter, they are open from 11-5 and we got there at 11:30 with only a mom & her kid in a chair. I asked if we could get a pedi done and i was told they aren’t open on sundays. Even though they were servicing a customer. The older woman stated, “we’re not open on sundays for YOU” so i left. I understand what shes insinuating as i am a cultured woman. after i turned to leave, the older woman cut off the “open” sign LOL.

I go to Trendy Nails dip powder and they are amazing! They are always so nice and ask how I am doing. I have gone to other nail places and when they do the dip, it’s too thick. I hate that! Trendy Nails does not do a thick dip powder. It is thicker than a gel manicure, but not too thick. I never have a problem with them doing anything for me. I always have a picture on my phone and they do such a great job, getting it just like what I show them!! Love this place and will keep going back.

Horrible place to get your nails done and I don’t think that they are too fond of servicing black people. They are god awful with customer service, very rude and spiteful! I witness them serve who they want to serve. I was a customer a few times because they nails are pretty but they do not last!! You will have to get a fill weekly. My French tips alone was $75. And they change their prices according to them.

The worst service I’ve ever received. This was my first time taking my 2 girls to get their nails done. The young girl that works there should be fired. If you have money to waste just to be treated poorly this is the right place for you. I spent well over $200 for myself and my girls only for this rude, careless, deranged individual to yell at my youngest daughter right before we walked out. I could not believe it. She was so heartbroken and cried all the way to the car. I really regret choosing this place for our first mani/pedi date. Not to mention how quickly they rushed us through each service even though THERE WAS NO ONE THERE!! Definitely will never go back there again. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I ask the young lady if she could do me a simple French Tip but instead of white could she do brown she look at me in said I was never doing that design after I show her the picture of what I want. She was very argumentative. I’m never going back there again. The brown is what I ask for in the pink is what she did. That was my second time going there in it seem like every time I go there it’s a problem. The young lady is very rude she didn’t try to accommodate me or help me pick out another color. You should never treat your customers like that. I work hard for my money I just want to get my nails done. In be happy with the results.

Critical:ProfessionalismI went in and asked if I could have a color change on my toes. I told her I would like a peach color. I asked to see 3 different colors and after the 3rd one the lady said “sorry, I not do your toes, you don’t like our colors!” She was very rude. I tried to explain that the colors were pretty but one was more the color of sand, one was pink and the other neon orange. I told her the colors were pretty but I just needed a particular color. There was only 1 other lady in the salon, who was with another employee, so it’s not like they were too busy or anyone waiting. The other customer was also shocked at the employee’s behavior. I was not rude in any way and told the lady I was very sorry and left her a tip for removing the polish off my toes. She said “no, I not take your money’” but I only felt it right since she took the time to remove the polish. All I can say is that was definitely not very good customer service. Critical:QualityMy husband purchased my mother in law and I a gift certificate for Mother’s Day that has an expiration date. We went to go get our pedicures only to be told rudely that they were fully booked and we could not be seen. Only one customer was in the place and no one was waiting! My husband purchased my mother in law and I a gift certificate for Mother’s Day that has an expiration date. We went to go get our pedicures only to be told rudely that they were fully booked and we could not be seen. Only one customer was in the place and no one was waiting! My father bought me a $50.00 gift certificate to this nail salon for Christmas of 2021, I was unable to use it in January 2022 due to our family having Covid. Tried to use it today and noticed they wrote an expiration date of 1/22/22 on it, I tried to explain that we had been very sick and were unable to use it by the expiration date but the manager said it didn’t matter and it doesn’t matter that $50.00 was paid in advance, she would not let me use the gift certificate that was bought. A gift certificate should not have an expiration date! That’s stealing and very bad business! There’s a reason no one is using this nail salon!

Tuesday I went in not to interrupt any ones appointment the RUDE GIRL said may we help you. I replied could someone look at my nail because something going that I have never had before and I just want to know if I should take the nail off for awhile. Well she wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence she sharply said we did not wrong you hit your nail and you going to lose it. I said no I did not hit it and she told me I would have to come back later. Well no I will never go back and the problem was my cuticle was cut while the lady was using the electric file.on my nail and cause it to bleed she put the green liquid stuff to stop the bleeding my and apologized for it. I Said no worries it will probably be ok. Well know I no the other lady that did my nails was sitting there and never said one word. The young girl pretty much called me a liar that I did something to my nail. Either way just beware of their service because they don’t care about customer service that’s for sure and with that rude girl attitude they won’t be in business long. Let me start the young girl is very rude, I use them one time and that will be the only time too. Tuesday I went in not to interrupt any ones appointment the RUDE GIRL said may we help you.
